Hamline University in partnership with East Metro Integration School District 6067 (EMID) invite you to a free two-in-one innovative professional development event on July 6th. This event is free to all educators who wish to attend but space is limited so you need to register. You can register for both events by registering for the 2011 Teaching and Technology Institute which will feature presentations by EMID teachers, a keynote by Molly Schroeder from Edina Public Schools, and special presentations by Sean Beaverson from Bloomington Public Schools, and Jen Anderson from Heritage Middle School in West Saint Paul.

In conjunction, we will be running an edcamp, an innovative new approach to professional development. If you are unfamiliar with what an edcamp is you can get more information here. Come prepared to participate and share!

Edcamp is free, democratic, participant-driven professional development for teachers.

This is a BYOL (Bring your own laptop) event.
